Great balcony view, comfortable bed, and powerful shower. Excellent location, clean rooms, and secure with 24 hr reception. Helpful staff allowed us to drop off our bags early. Good for metro and bars/restaurants.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was convenient, being close to three metro stations and right on the Gran Via, which allowed us easy access to all the major attractions in the city. the staff were excellent. They were very helpful and were happy to call a taxi company to help us arrange a cab to the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the rooms were basic but clean and tidy. The hotel facilities were just what we needed, and it was great to have the option of breakfast nearby at the many restaurants and cafes in the area.
